A gas (excluding steam) vent silencer is a device that can eliminate noise generated by sound transmission, allow gas and airflow to pass through, and prevent environmental noise from polluting humans and animals and plants. The venting silencer is relatively compact in structure, and the silencer cylinder is made of stainless steel, which is not easy to corrode. It has a large amount of noise reduction, low steel consumption, small volume, light weight, high strength, and is easy to install and release; Silencers are fixed and can meet the requirements of pipeline thermal displacement. At the same time, they can absorb the vertical and horizontal thermal displacement of the exhaust pipe, ensuring the safety of the hot working of the exhaust pipe. They are a type of noise reduction equipment for controlling exhaust and venting noise. The installation of silencers does not affect the discharge volume of the safety valve and the jumping of the safety valve, and can perform quantitative acoustic calculations.

1. During transportation, the exhaust muffler should be securely padded and tied to prevent damage during transportation;

2. When lifting and loading and unloading the exhaust muffler, it is necessary to follow the relevant markings and select the correct lifting equipment or rope to ensure the integrity of the packaging box and equipment, as well as personal safety.

3. If the equipment is not installed after unpacking, inspection, and verification, it should be packaged and properly stored. When storing outdoors, it should be raised by 200-250mm and covered with rainproof cloth. Even if stored for a short period of time at the installation site, it is not allowed to store the muffler in a place with mud, sand or other debris to prevent blockage of the muffler.
